RATES & INSURANCES

Locomotion Physical Therapy is in-network with most insurance carriers. We also provide out-of-network and a self-pay service. All treatment sessions are one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and are scheduled for either 1 hour or 30 minutes. The rate for treatment sessions and other services varies based on complexity, so please call us at (915) 455.1157 to enquire about pricing.

OUT OF NETWORK/ SELF-PAY OPTIONS

We offer out of network billing options and will provide you with supporting documentation to submit claims to your insurance carrier. If you do not have health insurance or plan to self-pay for our services without asking for insurance reimbursement, we will provide you with an estimate of our costs. Call us for more information.
